Pilosio Srl was founded in 1961 in Italy, becoming nowadays one of the main European companies in the construction, maintenance, and oil&gas equipment sector for scaffolding, suspended structures, formworks & access solutions. Recently, the product range has been integrated with:

FlydeckThe FLYDECK system is a patented and certified soffit plane made to simplify, speed up and make the assembly of temporary structures safer. You will have a perfectly horizontal plane to work comfortably on any construction site where a suspended solution is needed. Furthermore, with the use of the FLYRAIL beam for mounting the FLYDECK table, you can work without any difficulty and in complete safety. With this solution, pillars and pier-caps can be encircled and continued in the next span. No limitation in width, length or load capacity. As the system is modular and uses beams and scaffolding decks of any make, model, shape and size.

The new FLYRAIL beam in combination with the FLYDECK system remedies one of the biggest problems when erecting structures for bridges and viaducts maintenance: the continuation of the working surface beyond piles and piers without interrupting the roadway with By-bridges or negative platforms.

1. LET’S START BUILDING A SCAFFOLDING TOWER WITH LADDERS: The beams are first mounted on the scaffolding itself, then the decks are mounted with the appropriate anchors/tie rods on the intrados so as to create a first starting platform.
2. FIRST ASSEMBLY TRANSVERSELY (in a general way): With the help of a pair of Flyrails, the beam is hooked, slid on the sliding carriage and cantilevered, it is positioned by means of a hoist and hooked to the temporary platform by means of a stiffening/copy beam breaker. The beam remains in balance thanks to the Flyrail's sicurblock, traction hook and suspension anchors. The decks are then installed and hooked up, the appropriate anchors made and the net pulled
3. THEN ASSEMBLY LONGITUDINALLY: In this case the work can also be done individually using only one Flyrail at a time. The beam is hooked to the Flyrail, which as it slides is fixed to the previous beam by means of elastic pins. The beam remains in balance thanks to the Flyrail's sicurblock, traction hook and suspension anchors. The decks are then installed and hooked up, the appropriate anchors are made, the stiffening breaker/split pin is mounted, and the net is pulled.
