Concrete Preservation Technologies
Stand E05
At CPT we are proud to design and manufacture cutting edge corrosion control solutions for reinforced concrete structures and masonry encased steel framed buildings. From our UK base we manufacture and distribute our unique DuoGuard and PatchGuard systems worldwide. Please see our website: www.cp-tech.co.uk for further details.

PatchGuard™ Galvanic Anode
PatchGuard™ anodes extend the life and area of Patch repairs. Our PatchGuard™ galvanic anodes redress the electrochemical imbalance induced through removal of contaminated concrete in patch repairs, commonly known as the Incipient Anode Effect. PatchGuard™ anodes corrode preferentially to the surrounding steel – protecting it from further corrosion damage.
ProtectorJoint™ Galvanic Anode
Our unique ProtectorJoint™ system is designed to be installed into existing joints or gaps between structural elements, delivering powerful long-term corrosion protection to adjacent steel reinforcement.

Duoguard FINAL
Our unique DuoGuard™ range of discrete anodes features DuoGuard™ is installed into concrete structures to stop reinforcing steel corrosion caused by chloride salts and carbonation. It can be used to protect contaminated but unspalled concrete saving the time and cost of replacing the concrete material. With a long system lifetime the DuoGuard™ anode provides a cost effective, maintenance free method of corrosion protection.
Influence of Galvanic Anodes
We can use steel potentials to measure the effect of galvanic anodes when they are installed into steel reinforced concrete structures. When installed into Patch repairs, Galvanic anodes are able to protect large areas and increase structural life by decades
Seeing inside your structure - Half cell potential mapping
Half cell potentials can be used to determine the corrosion risk of a structure. Using these measurements, alongside other inspection methods, you can map out the areas of a reinforced concrete structure that are most likely to have corrosion issues, determine the best solution to manage the issues, and extend the structural life.
PatchGuard™ Galvanic Anode - Concrete Corrosion Protection
CPT's Patchguard™ galvanic anodes redress the electrochemical imbalance induced through removal of contaminated concrete in patch repairs, commonly known as the Incipient Anode Effect. PatchGuard™ anodes corrode preferentially to the surrounding steel - protecting it from further corrosion damage.
Installing PatchGuard Connect Anodes in Reinforced Concrete - How-To Guide
PatchGuard Connect is a discrete sacrificial anode applied to reinforced concrete structures which are corroding or at risk from corrosion as a result of chloride ingress or concrete carbonation.
