Paul Monaghan

Assistant Director Engineering, City of London / City Bridge Foundation

Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer working at the City of London for 20 years with his key duties being the maintenance and protection of the City Bridge Foundation’s five river crossings.

Throughout his career of 40+ years Paul has been involved in Bridges, Tunnels and key infrastructure for London and the Southeast, serving on ICE regional committee’s and previously Chairman of LoBEG.
