Keith is Head of Profession for Bridges and Structures at Hertfordshire County Council, Chair of the ADEPT National Bridges Group and he represents ADEPT as an active member of the UKRLG Bridges Board and Bridge Owners Forum.

He has many years’ experience of bridge design and management in the UK and overseas, but has particular interest in asset data and performance, in heritage aspects of our bridge infrastructure asset, and in promoting collaboration and innovation across the industry
