Osian Richards

Osian is a Senior Engineer with YGC – Gwynedd Council and works in the asset management team. As Gwynedd we manage 2500 highway structures as well as undertaking design, assessment and investigation work for other highway authorities, including PTSI program and Management of Substandard Structures.

Osian is also the Chair for the CSS Wales Bridge group and the structures lead for the Highway Asset Management Project for CSS Wales.
