Director, Richard Fish ConsultancyRichard Fish is an independent consultant specialising in bridge management. Before establishing his own company in 2009, he spent many years in the public sector working primarily in the design, construction, and maintenance of bridges.
He is a former Chair of both the UK Bridges Board and the CSS (now ADEPT) Bridges Group. Richard is co-editor of a book on Highway Bridge Management, author of Bridge Failures and Lessons Learnt, and a regular contributor to Bridge Design and Engineering magazine.
