Keith Harwood

Keith is Technical Secretary of the Bridge Owners Forum and represents BOF on the UKRLG Brides Board. He continues to support Hertfordshire County Council where he was the Head of Profession for Bridges and Structures for many years.

He has many years’ experience of bridge design and management in the UK and overseas, but has particular interest in asset data and performance, in heritage aspects of our bridge infrastructure asset, and in promoting collaboration and innovation across the industry.
